Freshers entering in corporate world

Welcome to the new series of blogs that i would be starting.

So, today we will start to look at how the graduates should start preparing to enter in corporate world.

So after about 15 to 16 years of formal education, students would be entering a new phase of their lives and should be excited as they would also starting to learn and earn to take up new challenges on the way. So, the first step is to take up a lot of interviews before company hires you and it is the most challenging and nerve wracking experience the first time you take it. Lets take up that challenge. So, lets start the process of preparing for the interviews.
First thing is start preparing on notes, some of company details like what is company core business, where are they located, what is domain for their business and job description for profile. Later on start preparing your cv and be aware of whats written on it. Be sure that its neatly presented and contact details like email and phone number is at top. On the interview day, be confident and reach the place well in time. After the interview make a note of what things went wrong and what went right, whether its technical or soft skills.
So, you have given your first interview, if you have got offer good luck, if not even better as you have got chance to take up more interviews and you will gradually start feeling comfortable with the interview process and feel less nervous. You should always remember that getting the first offer does not mean that its best, it does not work that way, there are always opportunities available and profile that suits you best is the best offer. Never get disheartened by not clearing is well as its just makes you better person and eventually you will be able to get what you want. Try and try till you succeed.
